擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)缸是輸(shu)出扭矩并實現往(wang)復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行元(yuan)件,有單葉片(pian)(pian)、雙(shuang)葉片(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種形式(shi)。葉片(pian)(pian)式(shi)式(shi):定子(zi)(zi)塊固(gu)定在(zai)缸體上,而(er)葉片(pian)(pian)和(he)轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)連接在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)。根(gen)據進(jin)油方(fang)向,葉片(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)作往(wang)復(fu)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又分單螺(luo)旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)雙(shuang)螺(luo)旋兩(liang)種,現在(zai)雙(shuang)螺(luo)旋比較常(chang)用(yong),靠兩(liang)個(ge)螺(luo)旋副降(jiang)液(ye)壓(ya)缸內活塞(sai)的(de)直(zhi)線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)變為直(zhi)線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉(zhuan)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復(fu)he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而(er)實現擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





(1)閥芯(xin)卡住或(huo)(huo)閥孔堵(du)塞(sai)。當流量閥或(huo)(huo)方(fang)向閥閥芯(xin)卡住或(huo)(huo)閥孔堵(du)塞(sai)時,液壓缸易發生(sheng)誤動作(zuo)或(huo)(huo)動作(zuo)失靈(ling)。此時應檢(jian)查(cha)油液的污染情(qing)況(kuang);檢(jian)查(cha)臟(zang)物或(huo)(huo)膠質沉淀物是(shi)否卡住閥芯(xin)或(huo)(huo)堵(du)塞(sai)閥孔;檢(jian)查(cha)閥體(ti)的磨(mo)損(sun)情(qing)況(kuang),清洗、更(geng)換系統過(guo)濾(lv)器,清洗油箱,更(geng)換液壓介質。
(2)活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)桿(gan)與缸筒(tong)卡住或液(ye)(ye)壓缸堵(du)塞(sai)(sai)。此時無論如何操縱,液(ye)(ye)壓缸都不(bu)動作(zuo)或動作(zuo)甚微。這時應檢(jian)查活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)及(ji)活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)桿(gan)密封(feng)是否(fou)(fou)太緊,是否(fou)(fou)進入臟物及(ji)膠質沉淀物:活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)桿(gan)與缸筒(tong)的軸心線是否(fou)(fou)對中,易損(sun)件和密封(feng)件是否(fou)(fou)失效,所帶負荷是否(fou)(fou)太大。
現象(一):串漏
原因:
1.壓力迅速上升或者缸壁(bi)膨脹,油液進入間(jian)隙,壓力形成(cheng)對密封的(de)下行作用(yong),串漏形成(cheng)
2.密封環未設計(ji)泄(xie)壓槽
防止措施:
1.密封(feng)環(huan)設(she)計留有泄(xie)壓(ya)(ya)槽,油液通過泄(xie)壓(ya)(ya)槽,填(tian)充溝槽從而壓(ya)(ya)縮O形(xing)圈,產生(sheng)密封(feng)
原因:
1.運動速(su)度(du)太(tai)快
2.有偏心運動
3.滑(hua)動面(mian)粗糙度(du)不均勻(yun)
4.安裝時扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇形密封
2.消除偏(pian)心運動
3.修改滑(hua)動面粗糙度
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝(gou)槽設計不合理(li)導致壓縮率太大:沒有考慮到(dao)材料由于熱量及(ji)化(hua)學(xue)介質引起的變(bian)形,或由于壓力過(guo)大引起
防止措施:
1.溝(gou)槽(cao)的設計應(ying)考(kao)慮到(dao)材料由于溫度(du)及化(hua)學介質引起的變(bian)形
