YHG1型冶金設備標準液壓(ya)缸
Y-HG1型(xing)冶金(jin)設備標(biao)準液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸,為雙作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)單活塞桿液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸,缸徑從40~320mm共(gong)有(you)(you)17種(zhong)規(gui)格,額定(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力為16MPa,可(ke)以帶緩沖裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置。該系列(lie)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸有(you)(you)13種(zhong)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)連接型(xing)式(shi),除軸向腳架式(shi)外,安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)連裝(zhuang)(zhuang)尺寸均(jun)符合ISO6021/1-1981的(de)規(gui)定(ding)。活塞桿端螺紋(wen)亦符合GB2350-80的(de)規(gui)定(ding)。適用(yong)(yong)于工(gong)作(zuo)溫度為-30C~+80C,工(gong)作(zuo)介質為液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油,乳化(hua)液的(de)冶金(jin)設備(不適用(yong)(yong)于磷酸脂)。





液壓缸的介紹
液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸是將液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)能轉變為機械能的(de)、做(zuo)直線往復運動(dong)(或擺動(dong)運動(dong))的(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)執行(xing)元件。它結構(gou)簡(jian)單、工(gong)作(zuo)可靠(kao)。用它來(lai)實現(xian)往復運動(dong)時,可免去減速裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),并且沒有(you)傳(chuan)動(dong)間(jian)隙,運動(dong)平(ping)穩,因此在各種機械的(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)系統中得(de)到廣(guang)泛應(ying)用。液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸輸出(chu)力和活塞有(you)效面積及其兩邊的(de)壓(ya)差成正比;液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸基本上由缸筒(tong)和缸蓋、活塞和活塞桿(gan)、密封裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、緩沖裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)與排氣(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)組成。緩沖裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)與排氣(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)視具(ju)體應(ying)用場(chang)合而(er)定,其他裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)則很(hen)重要。
、液壓(ya)缸低(di)速(su)爬行的現象
液(ye)壓缸的(de)活(huo)塞桿在油壓的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)下伸出(chu)(chu)或縮(suo)回時(shi)(shi),經常出(chu)(chu)現(xian)(xian)速(su)度(du)不均勻(yun)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)(xiang),并有時(shi)(shi)伴(ban)有振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和異(yi)響,從(cong)而(er)引(yin)(yin)(yin)起整個液(ye)壓系(xi)統(tong)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),并帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)其它部件振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),在主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)調試過程中經常出(chu)(chu)現(xian)(xian),有時(shi)(shi)速(su)度(du)快了,這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)(xiang)會(hui)減輕。除因液(ye)壓系(xi)統(tong)管路引(yin)(yin)(yin)起這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)(xiang)以外,液(ye)壓缸自(zi)身產生(sheng)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)也經常引(yin)(yin)(yin)發此(ci)類現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)(xiang)。
原因分析
液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)有桿腔和無(wu)桿腔存有氣體而(er)產生(sheng)的低(di)速爬行(xing),由于(yu)氣體混在(zai)液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)中(zhong),在(zai)壓(ya)力的作用(yong)下,容(rong)器內(nei)體積(ji)變化,在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)作用(yong)下甚至發生(sheng)氣體瞬間,從而(er)引(yin)起液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)的速度不穩定。
