(3)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系統(tong)控制壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力太(tai)低。控制管路(lu)中節(jie)流(liu)阻力可(ke)能過(guo)大,流(liu)量閥調節(jie)不當,控制壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力不合適,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力源(yuan)受到干擾。此時應檢查控制壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力源(yuan),保(bao)證壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力調節(jie)到系統(tong)的規定(ding)值。
(4)液壓系(xi)統中(zhong)進(jin)入空氣。主要是因(yin)為系(xi)統中(zhong)有(you)泄漏發生。此時應檢查(cha)液壓油(you)(you)(you)箱的液位,液壓泵吸油(you)(you)(you)側(ce)的密封件和管接頭,吸油(you)(you)(you)粗(cu)濾器是否(fou)太臟。若如(ru)此,應補(bu)充液壓油(you)(you)(you),處理密封及管接頭,清(qing)洗或更換粗(cu)濾芯。





③ 從管路進(jin)入的異物,有多種情況。
a.清(qing)洗時(shi)不(bu)注意。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)安裝(zhuang)好以后(hou)進行(xing)清(qing)洗時(shi),不(bu)應通過缸(gang)體,必(bi)須在缸(gang)體的油口前邊(bian)加裝(zhuang)旁(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)。這一(yi)點很重要。否則,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)中(zhong)的異物(wu)(wu)將進入缸(gang)內(nei)(nei),一(yi)旦進入,即(ji)難以向外(wai)(wai)排除(chu),反而變成向缸(gang)體內(nei)(nei)輸送異物(wu)(wu)了。再者,清(qing)洗時(shi)要考慮安裝(zhuang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)操(cao)作中(zhong)所進異物(wu)(wu)的取出方法。此(ci)外(wai)(wai),對管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)的腐蝕等在管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)安裝(zhuang)之前即(ji)應進行(xing)酸洗等手(shou)續(xu),必(bi)須完(wan)全(quan)去掉(diao)銹蝕。
零部(bu)件加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)問題,在液壓缸(gang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制造過程中應嚴格(ge)控制缸(gang)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)壁和活塞桿表面(mian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du),特別是(shi)幾何(he)精度(du),尤其(qi)(qi)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)是(shi)關鍵,在國(guo)內(nei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝中,活塞桿表面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)基本(ben)上是(shi)車(che)后磨(mo)削(xue),保(bao)證直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)問題不(bu)大,但(dan)對于缸(gang)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)壁的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),其(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方法很(hen)多(duo),有鏜削(xue)-滾壓、鏜削(xue)-珩磨(mo)、直(zhi)接珩磨(mo)等(deng),但(dan)由于國(guo)內(nei)材料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎水平較國(guo)外有差距,管(guan)材坯料直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)差,壁厚不(bu)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)、硬度(du)不(bu)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)等(deng)因素,往往直(zhi)接影響(xiang)缸(gang)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)壁加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du),因此(ci)建議采用(yong)鏜削(xue)-滾壓、鏜削(xue)-珩磨(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,如直(zhi)接珩磨(mo),則必須首先提高(gao)管(guan)材坯料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)度(du)。

在允許(xu)的(de)(de)情況下,液壓(ya)缸的(de)(de)缸體壁厚安全系數(shu)盡量選大一些,使缸體厚壁增加,特(te)別(bie)是高(gao)壓(ya)工況下使用的(de)(de)油缸,以減小油壓(ya)下的(de)(de)缸體變形,變形后(hou)的(de)(de)缸體也會引起液壓(ya)缸低速爬行(xing)。
